    By accessing our website, enrolling in our course, or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

    Hypnohands Academy provides an online course in mentalism and hypnosis. Access is granted after payment and email verification. Content is for personal education and entertainment. We do not provide medical, therapeutic, or legal advice.

    3. Account and eligibility

    You must provide accurate information when enrolling. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase. You are responsible for keeping your login link and account access secure.

    4. Payment and access

    Payment is processed via Razorpay. Prices are in INR unless stated otherwise. Upon successful payment, you receive access to the course for 3 years from the date of purchase, as described at the time of purchase. We do not offer refunds; see our Refund Policy for details.

    5. Use of content

    Course content (videos, materials) is for your personal use only. You may not redistribute, resell, record, or share access with others. We may revoke access for breach of these terms.

    6. Disclaimers

    The course is provided "as is". We do not guarantee specific results. Mentalism and hypnosis techniques are for educational and entertainment purposes. You use them at your own responsibility and in compliance with applicable laws.

    7. Limitation of liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hypnohands Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or course content.
